Katy became part of our Administrative Assistant team in July 2017 at our Urbandale office. She offers great customer service and completes all necessary tax season tasks in a timely and friendly manner. She finds her work at Welgaard rewarding and is reassured in knowing that she will be given the tools to help her do her job at her highest potential. She also enjoys being a part of the Marketing team and using her creative talents in addition to her customer service skills.
