As the Senior Account Manager and stockholder in charge of the firm’s Urbandale office since 1992, Dale focuses on providing personalized tax and accounting services to individuals and small businesses.  He enjoys building relationships with clients by getting to know them and helping them in a variety of ways, especially in each client’s unique financial and tax situation. He believes his role with the client goes beyond debits, credits and tax returns, and strives to become a trusted advisor to our clients, working to identify and implement strategies to help them grow to the next level.  Dale particularly appreciates the level of interaction that is possible with both staff and clients in a small firm environment.  Prior to joining Welgaard in 1989, Dale worked in a public accounting office while attending AIB where he became interested in accounting as a career.
